Reason for keeping the register
A person is saved in the register if they have purchased products from our website. The register also includes people who have subscribed to our newsletter.
Purpose of the register
The purpose of the register is to maintain our customer relationships and to process and deliver online store orders and archive order history. The information in the register is also used to track lost packages, for statistical purposes and to develop the site.
Personal data is processed to manage and develop customer relationships, such as conducting customer surveys and providing and implementing services. The information processed in the register can also be used to profile our customer base and to target more interesting marketing and customer communications to the data subject.
Registry protection
The customer register is stored electronically. The register is appropriately protected from outsiders by firewalls and other technical protection measures. The register is not stored in paper form.
Only designated persons have the right to use and maintain the information in the register. Each user has a personal username and password. Users are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
Right of revision
The person in the register has the right to inspect the information about him/her recorded in the register and to receive copies of it. He/she also has the right to demand the correction of any incorrect information and the completion of incomplete information. Requests must be sent in writing directly to the controller, and the person sending the request must prove his/her identity to prevent abuse. The controller will respond to the customer within the time period stipulated in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
Other rights related to the processing of personal data
The person in the register has the right to request that personal data concerning him or her be deleted from the register ("right to be forgotten"). In addition, the data subject has the right to request that the processing of the data be restricted in certain situations, e.g. the use of the data for direct marketing purposes. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller, and the person sending the request must prove their identity to prevent abuse. The controller will respond to the customer within the time period stipulated in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
