The store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms in force at the time.
The payment service is Klarna Checkout, through which the payment options are invoice, installment payment, card payment and online bank payments.

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We will show an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method used. You will see the exact delivery costs after you have selected the payment and delivery methods you want for the order. The delivery methods used depend on the contents of the shopping cart and the total weight. You can choose the delivery method that best suits you at checkout, and the exact delivery cost is shown.
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online store informs about deviating delivery times on its website.
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Not claiming is not the same as a return or cancellation. We will charge delivery costs for packages that are not claimed and for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or it does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company you have chosen.
